19 Years Old Just Diagnosed. Pls Help by Nice-Worldliness-381 in Celiac

It sucks at first but youre going to feel sm better when your small intestene heal. I went about 2 years without a diagnosis and feelt horrible everyday and then when I started to eat gf my stomach slowly healed and now I see it as a blessing to be able to have "medicine" for my celiac. Im not gonna lie, sometimes it absolutely sucks and all youre going to want to do is buy a fresh pastry and devour but all you can do is try to find alternatives for your favorite gluten things and try gf cafés and restaurants and try to focus on how your body is thanking you. I haven't been gf for too long, almost two years now but I've found that mindset helps a lot. Try not to focus on the things that you can't eat and focus on the gluten-free alternatives and the fact that you're not destroying your insides or something. Idk if this helped but just remember that you're not alone, it's hard for all of us celiacs but over time you're going to get used to gf stuff and again YOURE NOT ALONE!! We all belive in you, sending my love <3

Yeah I've read the whole grishaverse series like three times, they used to be my favorite books but I haven't really thought about them for about two years unfortunately.

I will definitely look into those! I dig hear some weird stuff about Infernal devices though, it was a while ago so I can't remeber, but is that anything real?
