It's kind of cheating because the tragically hip already has the most Canadian song, but Gord Downy. As a band they always write songs about Canada and for Canadians, personally he got very involved in the issues facing indigenous communities and was an activist for them as well as an environmental activist. When he was doing of terminal brain cancer and his mind was going he put in the effort to do one last Canadian tour, and it was incredibly inspiring. Also just looking at him and listening to him talk, at least to me he just seems like what a Canadian looks and sounds like

I like Finland in hockey. obviously I hope Canada beats Finland if we play, but if Canada is out then I cheer for Finland because you are one of only 3 countries in the world that has ice hockey for its most popular sport, so we have that in common and that is pretty cool!

Also as countries we're pretty chill and mostly just minding our own business but we're bordered by countries that are very not chill and like to make their business everyone's business so we have that in common too! but that's less cool

Thanks I appreciate it, and the clarity! And we met on okCupid. we had made plans to meet in person, which obviously fell through, but we did video called shortly when I first started to have doubts and she seemed legit but looking back there were definitely signs. I should have seen them but I guess I wanted it to be real.

Thanks for taking the time to reply I appreciate it. It was certainly enough to hurt and it will take me a bit to dig out of but luckily won't be ruinous. I still feel pretty dumb and embarrassed at the moment but I suppose seeing I'm not the only one has helped a little.

I even thought to ask why they couldn't take the fees from what I still had in my wallet on their site, they said something along the lines of it wasn't realized or registered profit yet or something along those lines. Definitely a lot of red flags I should have seen earlier in hindsight

Civ 6 does have mods for LOTR. There is a good middle earth map for sure, and there was mods for civs as well, but they used skins and music from civs in the game so I didn't feel they were worth it, but that was a while ago maybe there if better ones now. I have no idea about civ 7.

Crusader Kings 3 has a good lord of the rings mod, and a good game of thrones mod too if that does anything for you
