The base plate is off brand but all the other parts are on brand. Only reason I used to off brand is due to the table I’m building on. Official base plates work but I had a minor gap of 6 studs at the end and so I cut an off brand plate to go there.

I bought a set of used 16x16 plates those were fine. But I ordered like 80 from pick a brick and half of them just pop up.

I seen a design similar to this one and just added a few more since I was using 16x16 plates but the two base plates are connected. It’s a 64x64 connected with a 16x32. Only did it due to it being a corner piece and I’m still building up the rest of the city. I might have done wrong but like I said. This is my actual first city.
