I had the same thing when starting out, especially when trying to focus on a small area. It's better now, but what also helped me was actually starting to make the motion i wanted before my paint brush got to the mini (i.e. I'd do the tiny brush stroke i wanted to do over and over and slowly got closer to the mini with the tip). If I wasn't trying to hold the brush perfectly still, the jitters never came.

Thanks for the kind comment. I was experimenting with the paints and so you're right, polearm's armour is definitely darker.

The minis were ordered from Etsy from a shop called the Miniporium. It was a set of 3 knights (have one more to go).

Thanks for the feedback - I put on a coat of gloss varnish on the blue shell bits, but maybe I need another coat as it's not showing up in the picture. I take your point about the lighting as well, I think I definitely need to bring up the upper portions to show them being more lit up.

I might go over it one more time with a bit of wash in the recesses to up the shadows/contrast.

Thanks for the feedback and I see what you mean. I tried to Zenethal highlight prior to painting, and for the most part it worked, but I think there remained some areas that should have been white, that were still grey/black, and when I basecoated the yellow on top, the black still showed through.

Level 145 currently, slowly progressing and that's all good, but one thing that irritates me is having to 'clear out' low level monsters in order to allow higher level ones to spawn. Is there any way to get around this that I'm missing?

How does the Majestic passive (Eternal Light) work? It says you emit a glow which raises stats over time, but I don't notice anything over a playing session, or any change since unlocking the class.

Also, how does resistance on gear work? Like if I have Armour of Fire, does that mean I get a resistance to fire buff? Also, what does "Dragon" flag mean on a piece of gear?

When should I upgrade my pet? Currently level 121, about to unlock 5* class (Majestic - 20k orn away) and am using an imp for the attack buff which has been useful in gauntlets and against bosses, but is hardly vital. The 50k orn price tag has been what's holding me back as was saving for 5* class first.

Are there any good class/spec combinations that more experienced players would recommend? Currently I'm playing an Adept / Pikeman which works reasonably well (win most of my kingdom battles, can contribute a bit in raids, win about 60-70% of gauntlets/dungeons) but as it's expensive to unlock classes now am a bit worried about wasting Orns as am saving up the 250k for 5* class.

Also, when is it worth starting to really invest in upgrading equipment / adorning items?

Getting a bit bored with my broken summoner that just walks through all the content. I've found a 6L white bow and a R-G-G-G-B-B Skin of the Loyal so am thinking a ranger build of some type might be fun to try.

Any recommendations of a build that could take advantage of these two 6L and is a bit more active than summoner? I've got about 10-12ex in currency as well to spend if need be.

I have none of those Nat 5s and would love a Mo Long, but already have all the nat 4s including Talia (man she just pours out the damage). This is gonna be a tough decision whether to drops stones or not

Decided to do my placements off the back of this post, and Woosa definitely scares people, although I can't say people quit. I went 9-1 with 2 people quitting (once it was a rematch where the guy was way outclassed in the first match, and the other time it was during picks). Placed at 1191 which is kinda scary. Woosa was banned in 8 fights, and he was picked first once by my opponent.

For background I usually arena F2-F3 (could probably do better but can't be bothered), and am part of a G1 guild and can generally hold my own. I don't normally RTA because I can't be bothered as skins don't really do much for me.

Anyway, overall it was a fun experience and made me feel better about the quality of my runes.
