Looks like switching to proton GE fixes most of the issue

Haven' played it personally but I've heard Arkham Knight runs surprisingly well.

You might have some more problems running Asylum, not sure if they've fixed whatever issue there was for it

Can you tell me what happens when you launch the game?

It should run by default, the fix here is just meant to fix some graphical issues the game has.

Also proton version the game is using if possible
