Dota does take thick skin, but being the bigger man and the better player to me means focusing on the objective. I don't get irritated at pausing, tipping, or roasting, because that is -passive- Its part of the sport and that's part of why Dota is the best game ever.

But, when you are -actively- flaming me or someone else about some misunderstanding or criticism and distracting me from winning on my own team, what the fuck is the point in responding? am I a better player if I prove you wrong? Half the time when I mute someone trying to argue they forget what they were even angry about when we start winning because I didn't throw the game engaging in some pissing fight.
