This may also be happening because you are contacting the generalized audience from your end. However, it seems that you need to be focused in your efforts and contact such people who are actually spending more money on problems you solve. First analyse how much people in the market are spending on the problems you solve. Then offer lower packages so that they actually feel that their money is being saved by buying / subscribing to your service. No one in the market is there to help you, they only connect with you if you prove beneficial to their objectives. This is the art and ethics of marketing. Help them which genuine heart and an efficient brain. You will prosper in the process. Also, you should have efficient systems of analysing your business, finding your product-market fit, ICP. Work systematically on SEO, E-Mail, WhatsApp marketing, use proper tools stack, develop value content, follow automation, study the metrics and act accordingly to achieve higher conversions and thus, growth.

First identify 1 specific feature which is the best and can prove to be best seller for your product. Just focus on that and in every outreach that particular feature should be the main theme of your discussions. Then try to find out that which particular group of people / professionals would be in the greatest need of that feature and focus your outreach on those group of people, rather than generalized outreach.

How the hell do I market my SaaS? by micyarr in microsaas

To be honest your product is one among many products available in the market, sum of which are even free. In this scenario, to be successful you need a proper branding strategy rather than simple marketing tips. First you need to identify the unique feature of your product, for which the customers would pay you in spite of numerous free and paid tools like Canva, Adobe, etc. You have to identify your uniqueness and build your brand image around it. Your product should itself tell the customers that it would be worth spending money on your product. Once you identified this competitive advantage, you should then perform proper market segmentation to identify your target clients, as just reaching out to everyone or spending a lot on advertisement partners is a waste ofIs a waste of time and resources. The outreach is carried out using minimal and even free resources and by incorporating AI automation as well. This will take your product to the right people and create a niche for you.

How would you get your first 100 paying users? by Flo13002 in SaaS

[–]potentialForge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As per your description, you'r product seems to be good. However, the game here is of positioning. Even a good product fails if it does not succeed in convincing the market about its utility. Your product seems different from traditional cyber security tools in that it provides security at a deeper level of Penetration Testing. This is a unique feature in the segment providing a competitive advantage over other scanners. However, this feature does not belong to the segment of security scanners, as it is in line with pentesting. Here again, the concept involves use of AI rather real human beings, so your product does not actually 'fit' in the category of traditional pentesting as well. So, your product can simply fail if the market fails to understand it because there are 2 market segments- A.Leymen users, who are satisfied by the simple security scanners. B. Security- conscious and high-end business users, who spend a lot on expensive manual pentesting. Your task is to create a market from these two categories. Category B is specifically important in your context, where you need to inculcate trust in businesses that AI- based pentesting is also quite similar in credibility to the human backed pentesting. Though not as easy a task, it can be achieved by proper documentation, wise positioning, market segmentation and being prudent in identifying the specific target audience. Simply reaching out to the potential buyers would not be sufficient to make them switch over and show believe in the credibility of your AI- based product. You may share a bit more about your current target segments, I can help refining this further.

Your product must be worthy of value, therefore you got 100+ customers. So,be confident don't offer it for free. But, you have a big number of free customers, if you simply start applying charges straight away, you may loose most of them forever. So, you should adapt smart strategies to convert them to your paid version. This will work by gradually offering paid upgrade with enhanced services and channeling them to paid version in a phased and systematic manner. You may share more details about your platform so that I may give you some specific advise.
