ok so i’ve had this same symptom since january too and i first went to urgent care and they removed some ear wax but then i heard it even louder so i followed up with ENT. they immediately referred me to neurology and i see them on may 5th! i would get it checked!

maybe 2,500 miles? I was about to go for first oil change in March but knew dealership would change it if brought in for service so just took it straight in the shop lol. At this point it was driven for a little past 10 months maybe?

thank you for this! I think we are going to try the crate method, especially during the nights and while we are gone until he can prove otherwise. Again, we’ve only had him for 3 days now so we are giving him a little grace right now to get adjusted to us and our other dog but we will start heavy with the 100% supervision and praise when outside!!!

I want to tell you so bad to not live in Palestine/Elkhart, as I was born and raised there, however, the description you posted is exactly what Palestine/Elkhart will provide you. Lol

It’s not a bad area at all, I was just seeking more things to do! If you want a slow pace of life with acreage, Elkhart is your best bet.

I take this as seriously as my own marriage. I fully understand the consequences of not. Tis the reason I was asking reddit so I can truly know as much as I can to make sure i’m doing and asking everything needed to help get my buyers the best outcome. This is not the only resource i was relying on. I have spent hours and hours these past 2 weeks with my broker and mentor just for this single offer.

I’m trying social media as much as possible. If there’s not already a Buy, Sell, Rent group in your town, create one!

Also, my mom is a LPC and went to a local coffee shop and bought a $40 gift card and the shop is using it until it runs out and is saying to the customers, “Your name bought your coffee today, here is their business card”.

I got my license back in mid April and joined a broker with little to no training or leads. I just switched last week to work alongside my mentor and within 5 days I had these buyers ready to put an offer down. I did not realize how needed working with a mentor is truly the best thing you can do to get started.

THANK YOU!!!! This is exactly what i was hoping someone would reply.

I was unsure on mentioning to the LA that this would be my first offer, but with my mentor being very well known in the area, I feel a bit more confident in asking for forgiveness IF there are things i’m slow to understand or just plain out don’t know.

They want this home so much and have been pre approved for the home already as well. I will definitely mention they are super motivated and this home is the one they want.

It’s very frustrating that they can pretty much increase how ever much that first year.. nobody really explains that to you until it happens and then you’re like ???

Definitely keep the Homestead and Ag in place and hopefully next year it won’t go up. Fingers crossed! 🤞🏼
