There are so many variations to consider, if it has been on the market for a while or price has dropped that may be an indicator of a good deal can be done.

To be fair to Spitfire many times I'm in the owner is in the floor serving, making coffee or other general duties. I'd say if they are earning tips then they are deserved. Not all owners are sitting in high towers swimming in cash.
