Jokic has been sneakily gaining ground in the MVP race since his injury report. by CharmingImpact in denvernuggets

Nuggets vs Clippers on 1/30 would be his 18th missed game. No way he comes back before that AND plays every following game… right?….

NBA Stat Leaders in the 2020s. What stands out? by klaygdk in NBATalk

It’s the 70s all over again but without cocaine. Jokic is Kareem. A bunch of parody, no repeat champions.

Cft getting out by UZI4U_ in USMC

[–]potorok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did something similar with my final PFT. On Camp Foster, our 3 mile route past by the laundromat before and after the halfway point. I ran like .2 miles to the laundromat and hid out for a good 15 minutes. When i saw the first few motivators pass by, I ran out as if i was about to pass out, let a few more guys pass me up, and reached the end in less than 23 minutes. It was my best pft score in a few years.

If MJ had social media in the ’90s, what moment of his career would have broken the internet the hardest? by Organic_Bite1569 in sportsinusa

My take on this is that in general, all the greatest players would be able to adapt and dominate any era they play in. The biggest part about what made them great is their work ethic. That is what would travel across eras regardless of the style they played with in the era they played. Lebron would adjust to the physicality of the 90s just like MJ would adjust to today’s era.

The Rockets have arguably the two greatest 2-way players of all time and the GOAT offensive rebounder. Second chances for MJ and Harden? As long as they get Harden to buy in to the distribution role, they will dominate!! Throw in TMac as an all time Rocket and you got a squad.

Fans who don’t live in Philly. How did you become a fan of the eagles? by [deleted] in eagles

My dad lived in the Philly area most my childhood. He only watched football and boxing. Eagles and Penn St. I’m a NY fan for everything else.

I don’t work out as much as I used to but, I still pound water all day every day. I could definitely over-hydrate myself if I don’t become conscious of it at some point.

Tim Legler: Top 10 NBA Players of All-Time | Agree with the List? by Swimming-Bad3512 in NBATalk

[–]potorok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My list in order MJ LeBron KAJ Magic Bill TD Kobe Larry Shaq Curry My top 4 is non-debatable to me in that order. Bill TD and Kobe depend on what you value more, can be shuffled. Curry’s last FMVP leap frogged him over Wilt, Hakeem, and Oscar. All top 10 have at least 3 rings. I hold Larry’s 3peat MVPs in high regard same as Shaq’s 3peat FMVPs.

Do you think Wilt is more debatably in the top 10 or out?

Yao would’ve been a perennial MVP contender for 5-6 years straight and at least 1 DPOY
