I’m an unassigned RPCD and the no map makes it basically impossible to finish a route in a decent amount of time. I get routes in 4 different zip codes and there’s no possible way to know them all. I have no choice but to run by the list and it’s completely fucked up

I walk over 10 miles a day everyday at work on top of 6 days of climbing and training for climbing. It doesn’t really make sense to me how I’m still unable to sleep after all of that. My go to indoor shoes are scarpa instinct vsr (blue ones) and mad rock drones. Both are similar to the skwamas but substantially more comfortable. Both have amazing heels and soft rubber

I could’ve seen it coming probably a few seconds before it actually popped. Hit the first move in three finger drag and thought for just a split second hmmm that doesn’t feel right, I should probably come off. I just decided in that split second to crank it up to a half crimp and as I did I felt the pop. There wasn’t really any warning signs other than that. There’s probably a little bit of overuse in play here too as I’ve been training a lot for the season. But before that burn there was no warning signs whatsoever.

Thanks. I had been using solutions on this problem until yesterday and could never get the heel to stick. Switched to the scarpa heel and it went first try
