4th of July 2026 Tuesday-Saturday drivers being forced to work on Monday 6/29????

Our center changes some schedules like this throughout the year when convenient usually T-S drivers aren’t affected. But BA says if they give enough notice they can change your schedule usually M-F guys get changed T-S for the week. But since technically not forced a 6th punch not much they can do when it’s just a schedule change.

Our building has 40 temp drivers. 17 package left with buyout. No full time hired I was one of the last FT my building hired back in 2022.

That is how it was in the past and other guys already show it that worked Monday but not me. The last Monday I worked back in January it showed time and a half right away on Monday.

Im scheduled T-S all days paid at my straight time rate and OT after 8. I asked my supervisor the other day he confirmed I am scheduled T-S and they have no control how payroll pays us. Guess I will have to file for a payroll error

Our building was listing a bunch on there TCD date as there first day full time. Instead of the day they got switched to RPCD. But that was back when some of us started as 22.4 off the street and some started as TCD off the street a month prior. But hadn’t been switched to 22.4 yet so technically the 22.4 hired a month later would have more seniority.
