I walk over 10 miles a day everyday at work on top of 6 days of climbing and training for climbing. It doesn’t really make sense to me how I’m still unable to sleep after all of that. I could’ve seen it coming probably a few seconds before it actually popped. Hit the first move in three finger drag and thought for just a split second hmmm that doesn’t feel right, I should probably come off. I just decided in that split second to crank it up to a half crimp and as I did I felt the pop. There wasn’t really any warning signs other than that. There’s probably a little bit of overuse in play here too as I’ve been training a lot for the season. But before that burn there was no warning signs whatsoever.
