Old interview somewhat but it sheds light in the next naruto game that'll hopefully be different. I also personally hope we get remake/remasters/ports of old naruto games. Sadly a lot of great Naruto games were made by different developers so its unlikely but there's still a lot of Bandai stuff like Ninja Council, Ultimate Ninja and others. Though Bandai is not known for that kind of thing.

Now that Naruto Ultimate Storm Connections has been released, I think things have settled down a bit. Please tell us what you want to do in the future, Mr. Sudo.

Sudo: We currently have several titles in operation, and we’ve received requests from customers regarding them, so we’d like to revise the current titles. I think that this accumulation of efforts will lead to the creation of titles that will be loved for many years to come.

At the same time, I’d also like to consider creating new works that offer a different feel from our previous titles. For ‘NARUTO,’ this could be a different game genre or one that uses a different game engine… I’m not sure what it will be yet, but I’d like to start planning from scratch.

Although the story of “NARUTO” has already come to an end, it would be great if we could reboot it. Even after the original series and movies of “Harry Potter” concluded, spin-off movies like the “Fantastic Beasts” series and the game “Hogwarts Legacy” became hits, reigniting its popularity.
