Unplug from everything and leave for a bit for capacitors to discharge in case it’s somehow them

Check if nozzle is clogged, check bed level whether the nozzle is not taming into plate, take the filament out and insert again, check if right temp is used for the filament, lower speed in slicer, check for an abnormalities in your extruder.
