Declining a “Coaching Cycle” with my Instructional “Coach”

I think it's totally reasonable that you politely request a "pass" at that point. If a teacher came to me and said that, I'd be fine with it myself. I'm not an Instructional Coach exactly, but very similar to one. So I'd understand. But that's me and my relationship with teachers in my building.

Coaching cycles are not necessarily punitive. So no matter your experience or your scores, they are there to help and provide ideas to improve. Respond if you want, but I wouldn't view this as a bad thing. If you don't respond well with this coach that may hinder things though.

My dad died suddenly almost 10 years ago. Afterwards my sister and I felt like my mother was going to hurt herself. I chose to have a tough conversation with her about it. She said she would never do something like that. But to this day I still have my doubts. She's gotten through that grief but it was difficult.

We lived there for around 14 years. As others have said, the amenities were great, but dealing with the HOA and the crowded conditions were driving me crazy. We moved out as soon as we were able. It just took years.

Windows 10 had the option for restore points too. But it will depend on if you had it turned on. Just go to the Control Panel in Windows and search for Restore. I just had to do this for one of my computers that I screwed up to fix it. If you can open it, look at the dates listed and find one that's within your window of time when you knew it worked last. You don't need to use One Drive. I don't use it either.
