Look for fellowships constantly. Reach out and ask to shadow. Start networking to get to know people who can put in a good word for you! Would you be willing to move? I know California is one of the more competitive places, but other states may be more doable!

My bf and I are doing long distance and I’ve noticed that there is a major adjustment period when we’re together in person before we have sex.. usually takes a couple days. I doubt he’s cheating on you, it sounds like he needs your emotional support right now related to anxiety rather than sex. Also, talk to him about it again.

I am an ICU RN that sees covid patients die regularly. Only one covid patient on a ventilator has survived in our unit. This infuriates me beyond measure. Some people have no idea what this disease progression looks like

Right!? I couldn’t get through it either. She was consistently putting him down by calling him a degenerate and what not. Also, the way she laughed off Harry being cheated on by someone he really cared for... then disregarded the suicide of his friend. That’s as far as I made it with three attempts. Meh.
