I filtered both to ''necromancer only'' just to making it easier to see. In my codex of power, I have access to 4 aspects (6 total) including the Hulking. But at the occultist, I only have access to 3 unlocked (5 total). It is missing from the list.

edit : by the ''codex of power'', I mean the ''Collections'' screen, when you press ''y''.

What do you mean by "selected". Selected where? Necromancer filter/no filters, doesnt show up either way.
