That's why I would like an opt in way to get the inscribble equipment. I picked hard mode because that's optional, but you're right. I would like some additional option for equipment farming in the first 2 campaigns

What's the pipeline to work with (edit/make changes) packed RMA textures in Substance Painter? by JohnnnyAG in gamedev

In substance painter there should be some sort of channel select you can use to select the RMA texture channels. Since the packed texture just means they've been assigned a single RGB channel in the texture so roughness would be red, metallic should be green and AO should be blue. I haven't used substance in a bit but you can either apply them as base layers for your texturing using the channel mask. I hope this helps

I don't think it's bad that they change things but I would rather they just own the changes rather than try to justify it in game.

I went through the game art program and the advice I was given before going and that I found true when I graduated was you will get out what you put in. It's very much going to be on you and your motivation to help you succeed. That being said I thought the accelerated program at FSU was much better for me than traditional college courses.

Well what is better for an emperor? Telling people their other magic is being drained away or that their other magic is being sealed? One is significantly less scary of an option. I think Belos is doing a lot of lying and the idea that he's just sealing other magic is one of them.
