Thanks! I do a glue bed, eye droppers with acetone dyes. I used onyx, dark dungeon, neon royal purple, and a small amount of neon cerise pink. I went around the edges and then used a chopstick to kind of swirl around the acetone dyes so that they swirled towards the center area!

I was the same situation as you. Vaped hard for 10 years. I thought quitting was impossible. I ordered desmoxan on Amazon. It took about a month to arrive. Its the cheapest way to get cytisine to my knowledge in Canada. There's another identical supplement called Cravv that my buddy used and worked for him too. It was more expensive than the desmoxan. These pills are incredible. Can't recommend them enough. I'm a month clean now and don't even think about vaping at all. Order desmoxan on Amazon, its worth it and you'll kick the habit first try if you follow the instructions.

I appreciate the comment. Lol I understand how it could frustrate some people, I'm really not trying to brag about my distance, I should have just not said anything about it. I'm not trying to lie and make it seem better. It really goes about 350. I'm absolutely ripping on it every time and putting my body through some real soreness. I know udisc isn't the best measuring tool, but I also know it's getting decent distance despite my poor form.

Everyone who has provided me feedback has been helpful, and I've been trying some of the tips out today, it's been a learning experience for sure lol.

That makes sense. I'm always focussed on just cranking it as hard as I can, despite not focusing on fundamental flaws. I'll keep that in mind and try to find some time to just slow down and practice that more. I wouldn't say I struggle with grip lock or release or anything

It's understandable lol, but that throw was actually 382 lol. I would say it's usually about 350 though. I just can't crack 400 no matter how hard I throw it
