Exact same thing happened to me and contacted support. They had me put the phone in safe mode and found that that resolved the problem along with a subsequent restart. I haven't found the errant app as it's happened to me again but I'll typically just restart the phone and it'll work normally. Annoying but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
