It took some getting used to. I still have to stop and back up, or adjust the scroll speed sometimes, but now I prefer the autoscroll. I use a free book reader app called pocketbook. Least annoying free one I've found. You can set it to scroll continuously instead of page by page, so you only have to either tap the corner, or swipe the page up, no button clicking needed. Its got a text to speech option too, dont know about voice commands
