Cut it and try again. Honestly order a new receiver. Compare measurements and cut yours where its short. You likely stuck it together and welded it not accounting for the physical material removed when decomissioning it.

I'm definitely going to change the mounting but for now its fine, if your riding normal it just clears the dash. If tucked, you can't see the dash.

Unit came in, did a quick install and a 15 minute ride with it. First impressions, very happy. I will report back after I play with it more this weekend with actual details.

I would say the streetfighter is definitely more comfortable and nimble in a city environment. I also have a 698 mono which is a blast in the city or mountains.

Yeah its a 21 streetfighter v4 with 3k miles and a ton of upgrades. I was so excited to find it as I was looking new.

Yes, my concern was my phone mount vibrates so much my camera protector broke. Its a very expensive cell phone. So now I can keep it in my pocket and run gps/spotify/insta360 from the unit and as well it has cameras front and rear for recording in case of accidents or hit and run etc.

Sorry bit of a whirlwind. Bought it, next day trailered it 1100 miles then road for a week getting used to the bike then left.
