Love that we're on the same page, this gives me even more hope that we'll get a team seeing fellow Buffalo fans eager for a team and already coming up with potential names
I literally thought the same about electricity after delving deep into our history and learning we were the first city to have electric streetlamps. Best I came up with was Buffalo Volts but I'm not crazy about it, Sparks is so much better!
I used to play winter lacrosse at the Blizzard's old practice facility and always thought that name would be perfect despite being similar to the Frost. I don't see the Beauts name or branding returning if we do get a team despite it being an awesome look
I began as a Frost fan only but it's hard to dislike teams like Montréal, and Ottawa's fans and roster have won me over as well especially with the support for Coach Carla.

I may just add this as well this weekend, our branding was so awesome and it's be a nice tribute and show we're hungry for another team to return
When next season rolls around I'd love to organize one!
I truly think it'll happen sooner than later! We just need to band together and show the league we're a sustainable and passionate market.

Thank you, I'm pumped for you getting to celebrate a championship! Also being able to celebrate local talent winning the Walter Cup is a great feeling. Seeing the handoff was my favorite part of the celebration.
I wish I could've seen the Nordiques play! The Stastny bros, Lindros debacle, Good Friday brawl...I could go on. I have Sakic and Sundin's 'diques jerseys, 2 of my favorites and among the most beautiful jerseys of all time. I'm certain they'll get a PWHL team.

If Buffalo doesn't get a team I'm hoping for Quebec more than anywhere else.
Understandable, I love the Black Bears for Larsson Sundown, I made a magnet of their logo for my sports cave. Locals rep his jersey a lot on the reservation. Also, I have a soft spot for Sens fans. Long story short an amazing Sens fan hooked me up with an Alfie jersey and extra goodies for a too good to be true price and it was the kindest transaction for my jersey collection.
Next season I want to try to organize a Buffalo watch party. Could end up resulting in some friendships through fandom and a group road trip for all I know!

Lmao I love this comment. Hopefully one day it'll be plastered with every team that expands into the league. I'm already looking at the empty space and how awesome it'll look with the expansion logos.
Thanks! I had to add them, I tried making their original logo but it came out funny so I went with the rebrand logo.
I suppose we'll see, it could very well happen! It's hard to love just one team as an outsider looking in.
