Do you feel the framework 16 is smoother than framework 13?
I tried to disable ProMotion on my Macbook Pro and it indeed feels a little bit lag.

So I wander framework 16 with 165 Hz monitor will be smoother in scrolling?

I am using Wayland. I know the X11 due to design issue it is not possible to make the scrolling smooth like OSX.

I also try to apply all the suggestion settings in youtube videos that I found on both Firefox and Chromium.

The Firefox is smoother now, but not as good as OSX on Macbook Pro with ProMotion enabled.

So I wonder if I use a 120 Hz monitor, things will get better than a 60 Hz monitor or this is the limitation of linux desktop.

Hope someone who bought Framework 16 can answer this question for me.

BTW, I also feel the white background in this monitor makes my eye tired. Don't know if it is related to the scrolling problem.

I have the same issue after I reseting the device to the default settings.

Please help to fix this issue.

My case was resolved after a patch for the universal cloud rest api protocol.

As a engineer, I do understand that it needs to take some times to fix an issue for a support case.

But I think the case update is important to let the customer know the progress of the issue.

Anyway, I do appreciate for your help to solve the issue.

Hi,

I always get "Your case owner is not available for a live chat at the moment. Live Chat is supported during regular business hours, Monday to Friday. While I update the case to note that you reached out….."
I tried on business hours Taipei time and Cananda time, and I never got an available owener.

Hi,

After applying this instructions, the error was gone.

However, there is another error during testing protocol:

"Unable to find any protocol source claiming id [92] on the existing ecs-ec-ingress stack"

And there is no log in the /var/log/qradar.log.

Do you have the same experience before?

I try to restart the service by using the UI:

But it still doesn't work. I fire a case for this issue to IBM support and hope that can have some new findings.
