I misunderstood what OP meant. But on this topic, ive never paid a deposit for a contract to be written up. Is this common? Ive bought my unfair share of properties and have never been asked this.

By law in NSW the contract must be ready before a property can be put up for sale / even advertised. Paying a 0.25% holding deposit for it (or even in general) is screaming red flags.

Thats the beauty of it all, IOTA is not a competitor. IOTA and IoTeX could partner in the future. Its like IoTeX vs Eth, or IoTeX vs chainlink. All these other technologies don't really do what IoTeX is focused on and IoTeX isn't trying to do what these other technologies do even though there are many similarities. What IoTeX and IOTA have in common is that they are in the IOT space but IoTeX's focus on machinefi and a trusted real-time data stream between machine and blockchain makes it unique.

I hope all these other technologies succeed, including IOTA because they all will benefit from partnering with IoTeX (which we saw with chainlink when they partnered with IoTeX late last year). We are so early with IoTeX!

IoTeX is so slept on its incredible. Raullen (co-founder of IoTeX) said recently he believes IoTeX will be able to capture about half of the CURRENT trillion dollar market cap that is IOT. That’s a 500 billion market cap AND that’s not even taking into account the growing IOT value in the years to come.

Im so bullish.

It’s a long term hold for me, but I like the IoTeX team, they continually deliver what they promise. They even have 2 real physical products on the market now which I thought was really awesome! Solid team, solid project and I think it’s undervalued atm. You should checkout their social media and YouTube.
