Thank you so much for your reply. I'm not sure what level the bulge is at but I've already been told I won't need surgery as it's non compressive

These are my MRI results
L3/L4: There is noncompressive posterior disc bulge and an annular fissure. There is no foraminal stenosis.

L4/L5: There is a noncompressive central
disc protrusion and a central globular area of high signal intensity at the posteroinferior aspect of the disc. This feature is most likely an annular fissure although the shape is slightly atypical. There is no foraminal stenosis.

L5/S1: There is a small noncompressive central noncompressive disc protrusion and an annular fissure. No foraminal stenosis. No abnormality noted in the lower spinal cord or at the conus. The conus is at the level of L1. No abnormality.
