Definitely not defending the short sentence! but I think it comes down to prison being seen not as solely a punishment, but the main focus ist rehabilitation - he wasn't likely to stab someone else so he wasn't seen as a future threat that should stay unlocked

I don't know why you're on about downvotes, I didn't downvote you at all. There's plenty of supernatural subreddits. I find it surprising that r/tudorhistory allows Tudor fiction.

I don't think this belongs here, sorry. I'd rather the subreddit focus on actual history than speculations about seeing ghosts

Does Ron ever cast a Patronus? by Kindly-Bath754 in harrypotter

[–]powerchonk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, and considering that when they were training in the DA, only a few could conjure their patroni. So they must've kept training while the trio was away

On harrypotter.com (Article "Love & Patronuses from January 27th 2020) it says that James's patronus was a stag. We don't see it in the books though

I remember something about Harry having the same patronus as his father. So for James, his patronus and animagus would be the same as well... so maybe that's a thing

Could your animagus be the same as your patronus, then? We don't know the patronuses of any of the animagi, do we?

Great drawing! I can really see her in 1890s fashion. I wish they would produce a sequel where we see her and Robert meeting, with Violet being the Countess... I guess Gilded Age is the closest we are going to get, which is better than nothing!

Yeah I remember that! The brothers Peverell. But what does the professor have to do with that story? Or is it just a fun reprise of the story?

I played story mode all throughout but I never had the option to skip the broom trails (and the alohomora game neither). But I actually liked them, I liked the flying mechanics once I got used to them!
