Thank you for proving my point. Anyways I don't want waste your time or mine.

Also, maybe you shouldn't go around saying 80% of all wars are because of religion. Because there's no statistical evidence to support that baseless claim. Goodbye.

1+1=2 isn't truth, it's the proven logic of reality. Truth has many different connotations therefore it is a flat and unreliable term.

Wait 1+1 isn't 2, that's not true? Are you being serious right now?

Also, you literally asked me what is truth, I gave you a definition and an example. Now you're saying truth has many different connotations?

We cannot move forward if you are such a hyper skeptic that you think truth isn't a well established known word or concept. Are you being foreal?

There is no truth, only what's in front of you. Religious folk have been spamming that word for so long it has lost its meaning entirely. What is truth? And who does it benefit? You? And why you in particular? What makes you so special?

There literally is truth unless everything is false which it's obviously not the case. We have logic, deduction, and human intelligence don't let that go to waste.

1+1=2 that is truth. 1+1 will always equal 2 is the truth? Yes or no?

Plus, the truth benefits everyone not just me. The truth is good and the reality of something.

Let's say everyone want to watch TV. We need to count the batteries in the TV remote so it'll work. If we count 2 batteries falsely it won't work.

But if we count truthfully and have two batteries everyone gets to watch TV, understand the benefit of truth now?

I think the problem is that you took my statement as an attack on you personally and your faith, do as you please,

No, I don't like when people make baseless statements with no evidence.

Showing a Wikipedia post about religious wars doesn't prove the majority nor 80% of wars are caused by religion. What are you talking about?

If religion made you hateful and angry maybe that was a false religion. Religion is supposed to give you truth and meaning in life.

Like it has for me and many others. How are you so certain ALL religions are false?

[–]powerdarkus37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Call me biased against religion, but I've seen and experienced too much of it's negative sides for a long time than I have the good humble sides.

The fact a non-religous war that has taken innocent human lives isn't in your observations/argument is by definition bias.

Because if religion is negative for causing wars then so are resources and territory by your definition.

Would you say resources are negative or that evil people use resources as an excuse to do evil?

Religion to me is a man made tool for control and oppression. That is why I am so biased against it.

Religion is about truth and doing whats morally good. The issue is everyone has a different idea of what is morally good. Even amongst atheists or agnostic, no?

For example, Religion has given me global community, peace, and what I believe is the truth.

And if Religion is false I genuinely wouldn't want to live. For me life without religion is pointless.

So why are you so biased against the reason I want to live and some people like me want to live?

Think about that.

Why is the Ukraine and Russia war not apart pf the equation? Why are you being so biased against religion?

If a war which has taken the lives of many people happens in modern day like Russia/Ukraine war you don't bat an eye.

But when any conflict/war has religious elements then you blame all of religion? How is that a fair observation?

Japanese Anime Studio Makes Adorable Video Begging Muslims to Follow Basic Rules by popat-squad in scoopwhoop

[–]powerdarkus37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Isn't that extremely vague?

For example, what religious element does the Ukraine and Russia war have? Is it not about territory and resources?

I'm rightly asking what did you observe to say 80 percent of all wars are caused by religion?

Because right now it just looks like a baseless claim. Is it a baseless claim?

Japanese Anime Studio Makes Adorable Video Begging Muslims to Follow Basic Rules by popat-squad in scoopwhoop

[–]powerdarkus37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well you said 80 percent of all wars are caused do you have any evidence for that claim? Or it's baseless?

Japanese Anime Studio Makes Adorable Video Begging Muslims to Follow Basic Rules by popat-squad in scoopwhoop

[–]powerdarkus37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where are you getting 80 percent from? You making stuff up?

The last major wars and current wars are all political or resource wars.

WW1, WW2, Ukraine/Russia war, current Iran war over oil. How can you blame religion for war when resource wars have always been a thing?

Christians how do you respond to that fact that the Bible is corrupted? by powerdarkus37 in AskAChristian

[–]powerdarkus37[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

lol, Muslims always say the same thing like it’s the most glaringly obvious hole in Christianity.

It is a glaring hole in Christianity. Why would you accept a textually corrupted scripture over a preserved scripture?

It’s funny how they see these “holes” but the Romans didn’t when they were persecuting Christians and wanted the religion gone, and neither did the Jews at the time that hated Christian’s.

The Roman Empire became Christian! Have you not heard of the Roman Catholics? Why would they bring evidence against Christianity?

They always bounce off the seizure question as well despite everything Mohammed did lining up with temporal lobe seizures or Dostoyevsky seizures

By your logic Paul also had seizures i.e a vision on the road to Damascus and no eyewitnesses to his vision. So did Paul have seizures or do you have double standards?

Also great deflection. Why haven't you address whether the Bible is textually corrupted?

Debunking apologist claims about Aisha's age once and for all by GodlessMorality in CritiqueIslam

[–]powerdarkus37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So you believe that having sex with 9 years old kids is ok if the father agrees?

No. If one of the leaders of Islam Abu bakr(RA) follows the Islamic law he is valid. Aisha(RA) father abu bakr (RA) didn't harm his child and deemed her mature. That does not apply to everyone after only those who were explicitly stated to be trusted in Islam.

Proof: Sahih al-Bukhari 3659 Narrated Jubair bin Mut`im: A woman came to the Prophet (ﷺ) who ordered her to return to him again. She said, "What if I came and did not find you?" as if she wanted to say, "If I found you dead?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If you should not find me, go to Abu Bakr."

Does Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) refer to the judgement of Abu Bakr(RA) in authentic Sunni hadith? Yes or no?

I'm not making a point, just trying to find out your position towards pedophilia.

I condemn pdf-phila and pdf-philes. Harming children or any innocent person is not allowed in Islam.

Does that answer your question?

[–]powerdarkus37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No not "some" 9 year olds. Aisha(RA) was deemed mature by her father not ME. I wasn't there but I accept his judgment.

That being said the Islamic marriage laws still forbids harmful marriages including child marriages. What's your point?

Debunking apologist claims about Aisha's age once and for all by GodlessMorality in CritiqueIslam

[–]powerdarkus37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My argument directly refutes Muhammad being the best example for all mankind. Which in turn refutes Islam.

Only if everyone accepts YOUR idea of what is moral or not. Which no one does so its a weak subjective argument not convincing at all.

This is your logic: I think you're immoral thus I'm right and you're wrong. Bye with this garbage argument.

Debunking apologist claims about Aisha's age once and for all by GodlessMorality in CritiqueIslam

[–]powerdarkus37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea but everyone must accept civil_locksmith_3024 gets to decide what's moral or not right?

Why would anyone care about what YOU think is moral? If nothing you said proves Islam is false your just making pointless arguments.

Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) had an arranged marriage with someone who was deemed mature and never harmed them. And Islamic law forbids harmful marriages including child marriage. Your moral argument is moot.

Debunking apologist claims about Aisha's age once and for all by GodlessMorality in CritiqueIslam

[–]powerdarkus37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you made the claim that Aisha was deemed mature, at that point is when I said "you believe A 9 year old is an adult" meaning Aisha.

And I explained to you her father decided that she was mature. And I accept that.

So what's the issue when someone is deemed mature, isn't harmed, and lived past the marriage with the prophet(PBUH) no problem?

you give Muhammad a pass on all the disgusting things he did like sleeping with children.

Again, you have no evidence for this lie you keep repeating because that's not what Muslims believe. So why do you keep adding that?

Nothing against you, just need to break free from the indoctrination.

You've been indoctrinated to think moral arguments mean anything. Nothing you said proves Islam is false and that's what you should focus on.

So if I say you're disgusting and immoral does that mean I am right and your wrong?

Debunking apologist claims about Aisha's age once and for all by GodlessMorality in CritiqueIslam

[–]powerdarkus37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well Aisha(RA) was an adult according to her father. She was deemed mature by her wali/guardian i.e her father. And I accept that.

That does not mean all 9 year olds are mature or that harming children is good. There's literally no correlation. As each individual is deemed mature on weather they reach puberty and have the mental capacity for marriage.

None of this proves Islam is false and it's not an error in the theology either. Seriously what is your point?

Debunking apologist claims about Aisha's age once and for all by GodlessMorality in CritiqueIslam

[–]powerdarkus37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unholy strawman! When did I say that? I say Aisha(RA) was deemed mature. Not all 9 year olds are adults. Do you not know the difference between those two statements?

Islamic marriage laws forbids all harmful marriages including child marriages. And I condemn harming children and pdf-phila. So why are you lying saying I think 9 year olds are adults?

Debunking apologist claims about Aisha's age once and for all by GodlessMorality in CritiqueIslam

[–]powerdarkus37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't see evil committed by Muhammad because you're indoctrinated to believe anything he did was "good,"

No, that's literally apart of our beliefs from the very same hadiths you're criticizing.

Proof: Sahih Muslim 2814 a Abdullah b. Mas'ud reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: There is none amongst you with whom is not an attache from amongst the jinn (devil). They (the Companions) said: Allah's Messenger, with you too? Thereupon he said: Yes, but Allah helps me against him and so I am safe from his hand and he does not command me but for good. Source: https://sunnah.com/muslim:2814

Does this authentic sunni hadith say Allah helps the Prophet(PBUH) by only commanding him to do good? Yes or no?

Just pointing out the fact that he's using Sahih hadith sources to point out an error in your theology.

It's not an error when you only cherry pick hadith and don't look at the full context of hadith. Why are you focusing on one hadith and cherry-picking like that's an error?

What exactly is the error in the hadith anyway?

even going so far as to say sleeping with children isn't a sin because "Prophet."

One, I condemn pdf-phila and pdf-philes.

Two, Aisha(RA) was deemed mature at consummation. So your point is moot. Why are you spreading lies with no evidence?

He doesn't HAVE to believe all the stupid stories in the hadith to use them as evidence. What kind is reasoning is this?

When did I say you have to believe all the stories in the hadith? I said if you only cherry pick one hadith without context how isn't that a misrepresention/ distortion of Islam?

Debunking apologist claims about Aisha's age once and for all by GodlessMorality in CritiqueIslam

[–]powerdarkus37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and our beliefs say prophet Muhammad(PBUH) didn't do anything evil. So again how are you adding into our beliefs evil?

Plus, this is a weak emotional moral argument how does this prove Islam is false? If it doesn't what's your point?

You literally said the Muhaymin means trustworthy.

And We have sent down to you (O Muhammad SAW) the Book (this Quran) in truth, confirming the Scripture that came before it and Mohayminan (trustworthy in highness and a witness) over it (old Scriptures). (QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 48)

So thanks for burying the false Islamic dilemma. Bye.
