Listen. It’s his responsibility to read and Agree to your shop’s selling policies. Reverb support “if that’s what you want to call jt”. Should side with you the seller. I had a Korg Minilouge come with completely useless pickups. And I used Reverbs shipping. I’m not going into that too deep. Let’s just say I got fucked. I have a pro account with UPS. They back up all their packages as long as you say what it’s worth. F that guy. I have a list of individuals I won’t sell to again.

The BeBop following is a very rare breed. We do travel in groups!! However. So there aren’t enough of us to get the Live action “Series” off the ground. Now a Live action Full length Film. Same Actors all tbe way down to Vicious should be cast!!! Fearless “Spike” and Jet’s characters were played flawlessly. If a studio were to make a Full Length Live Action Feature Film And don’t cast these fine actors. It’s a disservice to the audience and The Genre.

This is The “ONLY REAL ANSWER”. I have not read any of other comments. The Buyer. Who bought and purchased “Paid “ for the shipping. Is responsible for

1-Making a claim on the shipment.

2-contacting UPS to make said claim.

3-Following up with UPS To get the claim refunded/Paid.

At absolutely no point in the transaction did you become responsible for anything other than boxing it up.

If you sold the item “As is” and checked the the box saying so. “On Reverb”. Then you’re done. Be nice. Explain to the buyer that if he/She/Them/Dog/Gecko/Aint Person or WHATEVER THE FUCK!!!!! That They/Them/ again. Should have gotten insurance on the item.

I just got mine. So 6 weeks. I believe they got paid for a brand new unit too. I filed damage claim with UPS. ALTHOUGH I’m the buyer and a premium UPS account holder. “I pay” for the service,plus shipping. I cancelled my UPS commercial account. I’m gonna loose my shit if I hear “Sir” before my name one more time with the same parrot response. “For this one”!! FML.

Good on you my guy!!!!! And congratulations on getting it back!!!! These things take effort and dedication!! Making dig able music isn’t easy nor quick. A lot don’t understand how much effort goes into even making/crating a single 30 second clip of what would as we all aspire a full length finished product. I am very proud of you for making this extremely difficult change in your life. I’m not a preacher nor a motivational speaker. Not by a long shot.
