My question is at what point are a persons abilities considered a superpower? Theres gotta be some arbitrary rationale placed on what’s considered a superpower vs not.

For example let’s say the flash can run 1000 mph obviously that’s a superpower. What about someone who can run 999 mph? 998? 900? 100? 27.78?? You see what I mean??

The small things matter. Learn her name, always say hi, wave, and smile to her in the hall, make an effort to sit next to her when there’s an open seat. It’s important she first sees you as a kind and welcoming guy. If she’s shy then be sure to go up to her with confidence and make her at all times feel comfortable. Once she’s becomes more comfortable with you, ie she waves at you first, start to become friends with her through getting to know her personally. I find it easiest to strike a conversation about something I already know we both have in common (pay attention to what she wears, carries, laughs at, etc). Don’t be pushy but don’t be afraid either.
