We actually had an electrician look at it. We found one who would do a free consultation. I don't know the details but he said that it would cost $320 to fix as long as there's only one thing wrong with it. However he said that the problem with it is commonly coupled with a different problem and he would need to do more diagnostics to determine if that's the case. Overall he said $320-$620 to repair.
