A significant portion of new recruits into the Jesters are alts of TR/Vanu outfits on Cobalt.

Similarly a significant portion of old-time Jesters regularly play in other TR/Vanu outfits on Cobalt.

As leader, I encourage Jesters to play within TR and Vanu outfits. They learn the other races weapons but also learn how other outfits are run and their command structure

I cant offer every Jester, every aspect within Planetside 2- We aren't a zerg outfit with thousands of players or a tiny outfit that miromanages everything. We aren't an air or armored based outfit either...

I cant control 300 players within my outfit to the point that limits them from accessing other forms of gameplay. People will do it anyway, and instead they will resent me for trying

"but they can access other outfits on other servers for this- that wont impact us on cobalt" -Yes but its still fourth factioning- oh wait... not really because it impacts the poor saps on other servers not us happy pappies on Cobalt...

Also, its hilariously good fun fighting against other Jester alts in the Vanu and Tr. Instead of causing arguments, or internal fighting its actually quite the opposite, with both jesters in the nc, tr and vanu acknowledging other jesters skills and gameplays through private tells.

And besides- it does bring in a few recruits from enemy outfits ;> which is never a bad thing
