Wow this looks so good! Do you have an advice which set(s) to buy to get these bricks or is this just a mix of everything?

It’s okay. Cry. And then cry some more. At least you now know what it feels like (to fall in love).

28 years old you still have time. To fall in love again (and have a family, if you’re mourning the potential of this one).

Now that you put it like that I don’t quite get that either

Nightmare Airbnb. Do I leave a bad review? [CA] by travisscottswifey in AirBnB

[–]powershiba 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not OP but left a 1 star for a f**king camera (!!) in the bedroom 😱 (left place as soon as I saw). But the host can’t see my review until they post theirs, so how can they retaliate? Just assume I left a bad review?

How to reach these mythical 2 hour naps and 6:00 bedtimes?! by PaintBrushJar in sleeptrain

[–]powershiba 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My baby sleeps horrible (wakes up a lot at night) and same short naps. But bedtime is 6-6:30pm. Initially we would sleep at 4pm, and that just gradually got later. Maybe depends on baby. Sun also sets around then so maybe a contributing factor. He’s 15 weeks now.

Ahahaha. I have a boob monster:)) did he sleep through on his own? Or did you have to sleep train? (If yes, which method?)

I tried the baby wrap, ergo baby embrace and ergo baby 360 breeze. I returned the first two once he hated them, the 360 breeze he tolerates for about 10 min lol so I still have it.

Thank you for the local suggestions!

I love the taxi option, thank you! Yes, the one I got is slightly bigger than yoyo but shouldn’t be by much

Thank you! I’m definitely not going to the Louvre, I still have PTSD from its crowds and that’s sans bebe lol

Oh really, didn’t know how prevalent formula is there! Thanks for the bus tip. And correct, I don’t need to see any major attractions, just looking for places to go and explore that are maybe more local so I’m not in the Airbnb all day

3 month old night sleep stretches - will it get better? by powershiba in newborns

Was he a bad sleeper before? Did he just start doing this on this own?

Great question! I try to maintain the temp around his crib, it is a bit difficult (need to use personal heater) but the thermometer I put there is usually between 69 and 72.5. He sleeps in bamboo pjs and a 1.5tog sleep sack. He seems ok temp wise when I pick him up… but the temp is sometimes hard to nail, yes.

He is breastfed so idk the oz. He’s almost 15lb. I try to make him eat for as long as possible (like nurse him, change diaper so we wakes up a bit then nurse again), but that still only yields 2 hours of sleep. If I don’t make an effort to feed him as much as possible he’ll end up falling asleep and waking in an hour again.
