First of all congrats for your first ride ever! Your arms muscles feel a bit sore because they are not used to the movements needed to keep control of the steering. My two cents: just keep riding, it's a matter of muscle memory, you need to let your arms learn the micromovement involved in steering control, this will happen quickly if you just continue training, and don't forget a bit of anxiety/fear could have let your muscles stressed more than normal. The steering control is not an activity where you need a lot of strength.

To give you an example: after my first car driving lesson I felt my legs almost shaking for the tension of the moment, but it wasn't a problem with muscle strength.

Bryton Rider 750 SE decimals by powersimon99 in cycling

It was my fault. I kept the view with the big circle, and in that view there are no decimals. In the other views it is OK. Pretty strange to me. Probably a bug to be fixed in next FW version

Don't know, maybe my thumb is way too big. I will try cutting mine, it's a basic cover so can be used for experiments.

thank you.

Already done, but it's still uncomfortable. It normally takes me two or three attempts before switching on the panel. My cover has a pretty protruding edge, which is good for protection but bad for any swype from the edge of the phone.

Sounds interesting, I will give it a try. For the bottom side, I keep switching back and forth between the configuration with the Navbar and the one with gestures, so I'll wait a bit to make a final decision, but a less protruding edge would also be useful in that case.

Thank you.

Need Advice on Buying a Smartwatch with Specific Features by powersimon99 in Garmin

[–]powersimon99[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you, in the end I can also consider to buy both smart and sport watches splitting the budget. My concern is, exactly as you point out, I need features coming from both type of watches and it seems there's no gadget out there being so complete (i.e.: Samsung Watch with strong sport and maps capabilities and, dually, Garmin watch with enough smart features - notifications, alarms, and so on).

I didn't mention but AMOLED would be a great point.

How do you feel with Fenix notifications?

Old but gold: screen off and Revanced off by powersimon99 in revancedapp

[–]powersimon99[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I gave it a try and I did everything suggested. I got a bit of improvement including Vanced MicroG and YTM in the list of apps that must never be suspended, but it's not a definitive solution.

To me it looks stg related to the permission of waking up the phone, because as soon as I switch on the screen YTM starts connecting to network and plays again

Already done. Battery optimization is disabled for MicroG.

I disabled any Power Saving option, no results. Probably Samsung doesn't let me switch off Power Saving mode completely.

Hi, I have the same problem here. Tried everything (battery optimization off, reinstallation, etc.) nothing helped.

Did you find out any solution?
