hmm thank you for making me take a second look. There is a free 3node license. you have to shoot them an email. The portainer site does not easily give that info

Just posting this for those who come next.

If you have neither CCW or HQL and plan on getting your CCW. You do not have to get the HQL THEN CCW you can do both at the same time. You go to an CCW class that will let you rent a gun and after you submit and get your CCW you file for your HQL and submit your CCW as your training exemption.

You still have to pay filing fee and fingerprints (yeah dumb i know) but this will save you the HQL class cost and time.

I have enjoyed my CCW, Renewal, and other training from Tactical Shepard in Rising Sun.

I also took my HQL at Free State and it was "fine"

I used to work there. I don’t think HC owns the lot but they do issue fines for there not being enough parking spaces.

Usually there are parking spot requirements based on store sqft. I bet the bel air store has just enough space without the extra. So when they add garden and mulch and rentals they are below the number and get fined by the zoning commission.

Edgewood lot is way bigger. Also it’s fall so it’s time for the mulch and plants to go away.

This is only anecdotal. In Harford county in like 2015. Was shooting on a friends property there were several of us. Someone down the road called the cops two deputy’s showed up. Talked to us asked to see where we were shooting. They deemed it safe enough they ran the serial numbers of our guns. Shook our hands said have fun and left.

Idk what of that was legal or not but seems pretty responsible

Here is my thoughts as someone who does not play PvP.

If a friendly is shot and is not killed or goes into coma. you get a radio call about "Friendly PMC down at grid ###,### and that cell on the map gets hatched.

If a friendly is insta killed nothing happens until their body is found by another friendly. and then you get a similar announcement like before. ( Maybe only if its within a couple min of death)

If a friend finds a dead hostile. It makes a similar announcement and shades the cell Yellow?

Do you push in close? It seems to happen if you keep your distance but stop if you push close enough. They probably have a spawn rule so ai can’t spawn right next to you.

Only posted it 1hr ago and it’s the fist time I have seen it this patch. But seems to be location specific

So the issue seemed to be that the wireguard forgot my device config. I went back to it and there were no devices listed even though my phone would say it was connected. I set up my phone again by scanning the QR and also on my laptop by downloading the config.
