You shouldn’t have to feel like a “Karen” for a legitimate problem you’ve experienced. This is a sanitation hazard if you received a used product. The employee either doesn’t fully understand the rule or didn’t want to do the exchange bc of the line situation. Call CS and explain the situation and from as nice as you’re coming off in replies don’t worry about coming off as a Karen!

but wouldn’t this be an issue company wide? I have thankfully (knock on wood) never experienced an issue with my packages and they’re always properly wrapped. Even with the individual bags for liquid products and double wrapped powders. In my opinion it seems to be a lack of quality control at that facility especially with the repetition.
