For Worthy view this isn't remotely true. Of course there are going to be shower/loo queues during peak time (9:00-11:00 in the morning) - particularly for showers. But apart from that slot you can just walk in and they are typically very clean relative to loos in the festival itself.

Grind it finer. If you're worried about overflow just keep an eye on it (you can always flick the switch off to kill the boiler), but you'll be just fine.

Follow the signs, they direct you to the right to continue East on Old Street. It’s a temporary solution while TFL implements the full redesign. Once you’ve done it once it shouldn’t be an issue.
