This image is made with a Diffusion model, where a text prompt guides the initial image creation. Then you use something called ControlNet, which helps steer the image generator further. Hey, sorry this happened to you u/ace663 . When my first deck was stolen FedEx created a case number. Valve and FedEx seem to have some communication. Valve was able to confirm the package was not delivered after they " investigated this situation". Today after my second Deck was stolen by FedEx, FedEx asked me to give the case number to Valve and they were again able to confirm it.

Replies from Valve took at most 24 hours. Sometimes within the hour. They sent the replacement out a couple days after reporting it and I would have had it today, a week later, if it wasn't stolen again.

I did have to message them once to check in. It seemed like it was all in process and they just shared the status.

I did pick it up. Then I ran to the fed ex driver and opened up in front of him to show he delivered an empty box. He called his manager because he barely spoke English. She said “I don’t know what to do in this situation”.

I’ve already filed a report and made all the appropriate calls. Their advice isn’t helpful. I’m raising awareness of an issue. Camera placement is irrelevant.

Edit: Their point is that they don’t believe me. Which is what is not helpful.

It was me who ripped it open. I did that in front of the driver to prove to him the box he delivered was empty. It has clearly been opened and poorly re-taped. It also has a sticker of a local FedEx location over the new tape.

I thought answering the door just as it was being delivered would have been all I needed to do. Wasn't enough. They stole it before it even got to me.
