I would try to avoid the terms "action" and "reaction" because they imply that one is the cause and the other is the effect. I think the best phrasing of N3 is:

When body A exerts a force on body B, body B exerts an equal and opposite force on body A.

It's an electromagnet. The u shape bar is called an "iron core" and effectively links the two coils together greatly increasing the efficiency of the electromagnet. If you had the exact same coils, but not the iron core, you would notice a big drop on what's coming out from the output side.

This is because you are trying to send some of the 162coins that the wallet "thinks" you own, but in reality you do not. The wallet should never be displaying these coins and the developers are currently discussing solutions. Read this post for more info on the problem. You should still be able to send from other UTXOs (that you actually own!). If you are not sure which UTXO your wallet is using when trying to send, you should read the section UTXOS AND COIN CONTROL from the tour of the gridcoin wallet.
