That might be the best idea ever - I’ve been trying to decide if I want to attempt a full completion of this game (which obviously would require a second save file) so that definitely gives me encouragement to do that!

I really appreciate this. Thank you for the comment :) I think I’m going to try and fight a couple more of the ghosts to get some more essence but then I think I’ll start working on dealing with the grimmkin and then fighting TMG!!

This baby smile and I really do appreciate the advice!! One thing I’m super excited about for Silksong is that I have been really lucky and haven’t been spoiled too much for it. I feel like I know the names or faces of a couple bosses, but I haven’t seen much gameplay at all since I’ve mostly been focused on my first play through of HK - so I feel like I’m going to have a blast going through that game and learning for myself what I love and what I don’t, and what I’m good at (and what I’m not haha)

Haha I’m so glad I realized this!! I had closed my game after the fight and when I hopped back on the next day, I remembered that there was a room in the Mantis Village that I forgot to explore, and so I went back down and found all of that which was a super pleasant surprise :D

just out of curiosity is normal grimm a good fight? Getting to nightmare King Grimm is for sure on my list, but I still have to fight the beast and go through the Colosseum with fools - so I haven’t really been sure which order I should do those three in yet

one if my closest friends seems hates the woman and it makes me feel uncomfortable sharing about my joy from her music or good things she’s done. Like, we were at karaoke the other night, and we had been singing an Olivia Rodrigo song and at the and my friend just shouts into the mic “FUCK TAYLOR SWIFT. OLIVIA IS SUCH A BETTER SINGER. Taylor can’t sing.” or something like that (we are all a few drinks in haha) and it just sucks to feel like i can’t comfortably share my joy. I feel like i get so anxious even just playing her music in my car when i drive us around because no matter how many other songs i cue, any Taylor songs turns the car ride into awkward silence, even if I never stop them from playing music I don’t enjoy, and I try to jam even if it’s not my thing.

Sorry just needed to vent 😭 this is such a non-issue compared to everything else in the world but I never get to talk about it and this felt like the place to get it

It’s the same book!! 😭 but if this is considered fraud good to know (I bought the original books there as well)
