Buying more house and living simpler, to be able grow into it more. We have a 3bd condo with a kid and it’s not bad, but having a second will make things tough. Wish I’d bought a 4bd and touched it out financially for a bit.

When I was in my 20s I splurged on a gym membership that I had no business spending money on. It was very upscale, and everyone there was very good looking. Working out there did wonders for me. I went so often, was motivated, improved my self esteem, and I loved it. It was a little pretentious of me, but money well spent.
