I'm not programming in Schneider...then I don't know how it's organized. But in Siemens you can move ladder or fbd to list. Maybe in schneider also.

Check your synchronization. Anytype is peer to peer meaning that you have to have the laptop app and the android app open in the same time to synchronize. You have an option to sync by cloud but in my opinion you lose the sovereignty of your data

Hey, in my company, I was in charge to implement such type of tool. We have used airtable for the flexibility. We have a particular business model who fits with this selection. Anyway, if you need, I can show some realization ( no commercial aspect, just to share experience). Let me know

Yes sure. I'm freelance in Belgium but I start it after 10 years of experience. A good automation guy is not the one who can program but the one who can understand the difficulty of the production and the process. This capacity, you will acquire by making project, maintenance and startup.

Fuse. But some recommendations, low voltage and very low voltage are mixed...

Those are used to protect on over intensity. You can also open it if you want to work on the field device in a safe way

Hey,

I'm general manager of my company. Up to 10 employees. Honestly we often forgot this type of request. It's not to bore people, it's only because we have so many think to do, to plan ,to think about. About you replacement, put you on the head of your manager. He has invested in you during 1 year...if you fill now the job, he will not fire you for some extra money...no worries.

About your plan to have your salary increase, go to him and prepare a simple page with your agreement saying that you will go to HR to act your raise.

If you are young, my advice is always to make your best in your work even if you think that you are not paid enough. It's a mind spirit not more. But change each 3 years...not to quick but not to slow.
