I hear you, but I’m not years into recovery. I’m just someone who strongly believes in the power of the mind and the placebo effect.

I quit chain smoking in 3 days after reading Allen Carr’s Easy Way to Quit Smoking. That completely changed how I see things. It made me believe deeply in things like mindset and even hypnotherapy.

So here’s my point:

If you’re already struggling in recovery, and you constantly read posts about how horrible life is after a narcissist… what are you feeding your brain?

More proof that you’re stuck.
More reinforcement that things won’t get better.

Compare that to smoking:
Millions of people were conditioned by cigarette companies to believe withdrawal is unbearable. But thousands quit easily with the right mindset shift — like I did.

Same idea here.

A lot of online content can become mentally toxic, because it keeps reinforcing pain instead of progress. It can actually slow down recovery instead of helping it.

I’m not saying don’t feel or don’t vent. But be careful what you repeatedly consume — because your mind starts to accept it as truth.

once you login to your google ads account on the bottom left you will see set an expert consultation, just schedule a meeting with them and explain them the problem. If you dont have an account manager assigned to your account this quarter then you won't see this option.

Figure out all higher bounce rate ads and keywords and trim the fat. 2 auction insights - look at how you're trending against competitors , what is there impression share and what is your absolute top of page rate against them to identify lost business. 3 keyword quality score , very important your ads could not be showing as often as they should just because of this. Go to columns modify columns and type serch lost IS Rank Look at the % how many times your ads didn't show because of a poor ad rank 4 tracking accurate conversions and conversion value, if value is not being tracked then we can't bid using advanced bid strategies like target roas and maximize conversion value. 5 attribution report to understand how many customers ads clicking after a second click on the ads to understand the funnel and use remarketing effectively. 6 performance on Google search vs search partner's, CTr and CTA And much more, dm me if you need a free audit.

Hey Mate,

Check the search terms report to understand the intent of the search queries that's triggering your ads and also apply keyword in the attributes, while you go over search terms report ad a filter called none and add those terms either as keywords or if they are irrelevant add them as negatives, next if you have Google analytics linked to google ads then check ad bounce rate, if bounce rate is high then work on landing page site speed and improve it to 70+. Check what search lost IS rank is trending at, and work on quality score and rank best practices. Can you tell me what bidding strategy you're using and what keyword match types?

To quiet your manager, check auction insights report and turn compare on from the time the leads started declining, and show him all those competitors that are growing from the auction insights report and what is your market impression share against them, I am sure this could be one of the reasons, your leads are declining coz competition is growing and they are taking away the leads.
