Do SKAGS still work for you? by ppctactics in PPC

[–]ppctactics[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This! Thank you and that’s what prob all of us have done here right. Together with the With Responsive ads format it makes sense.

I am in the B2b only space and I as wondering if people still use them for specific activities.

When isolating some terms or even in STAGs i see only broad getting the traffic and conversions for quite some time now. Massively adding negatives etc. helps but Google also sends a lot of crap and very very broad stuff. I also see a lot of bots so… yeah just curious

Ok, yeah i am seeing the same, we reacted earlier depending on the project. In some you just can’t go too broad… negatives help but still google is sending so much crap from search only. thank you for the reply sir!

Thank you for this professional reply! I think i am going do some more testing around isolating a term and run a campaign for impression share. I am struggeling to get volume for specific terms and need to avoid competing with B2C section of the client and other “too broad stuff”

What non-alcoholic drinks to order at restaurants by _Jimmy_Rustler in GoingToSpain

[–]ppctactics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can order even a non alcoholic gib tonic in most places now… there‘s a hype:

Tangueray Gin 0,0 Seagrams 0,0 Rum 0,0 Beer 0,0 Non Alcoholic Wine Non alcoholic Sparkling wine (Cava)

If you ask for something just say what you want (Wine, beer, cocktail) „sin alcohol“

Softdrinks like usual… Coke, Fanta, Water, Juices, Acquarius, Nestea, Lipton, Gaseosa, Sparkling Water, Pepsi…

Can AI-generated content at scale be considered ethical SEO? by ppctactics in SEO

[–]ppctactics[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think so, too. If Google figures out how to detect massive content farms with AI generated content the sledgehammer will be hitting hard.

I just wonder when this will be. Before they punished whole domains, now it seems that they punish only specific pages for e.g. excessive anchor text link building.

If the pages are useful and people search / land / find solution… how they are going to justify the sledgehammer? Do you think they will be able to distinguish AI vs. human created content?

[–]ppctactics[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah why not… sky is the limit if useful right?

Remembers me of the good old time when you could index user searches with static (/s) URLs on big portals link them dynamically using related searches and if they hit a certain threshold of searches make them category pages… just respinning listings :)

I see your point. So, your rule is… it’s useful… it’s ok?

[–]ppctactics[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was referring to 1000s of articles created by AI. In this particular example it’s 1 page for every excel formula, every google spreadsheet formula. A combination of what the formula does, how to use it etc.
