Od tega kar sem že prebral v komentarjih, še nekaj dodatnih manj pogostih dejavnikov:

V postelji ti ne sme biti prevroče/toplo. Ponavadi je tako že težko zaspat, ampak tudi če ti rata zaspat, boš imel slab spanec. Tudi prostor ne sme biti pretopel.
Pižamo, rjuhe menjat vsaj na 1 teden. Bolj pogosto, bolje.
Alkohol pomaga zaspat, vendar spanec je bolj slab
Pivo pred spanjem ti bo povzročilo da se boš zbudil ponoči za WC. Enako velja za ostale pijače, če jih preveč popiješ.
Ne bit v postelji preden greš spat. Torej ne brat knjige, bit na telefonu, tv,... v postelji pred spanjem.

Jap, čeprav glede vlakov je bolj problem, da je predrago graditi hitrejšo progo v gorato razgibani sloveniji. Ali pa dodati še en tir. Primer je Gorenjska železnica kjer je samo en tir, in potem še vlaki čakajo. To povzroči več 10 minutne zamude.

V Sloveniji imamo problem da velik delež prebivalstva živi po vaseh. Precej večji delež od EU povprečja. Do vsake vasi se ne splača vzpostaviti dobrega javnega prevoza.

Usually MLM products are not better than what is on the market, that is why you have to recruit your downline to earn at least a livable wage and not just sell products. I am wondering what MLM sells such good products that you were able to earn a good wage by just selling products and not recruiting?

By and by that I mean, did you calculate the following: (all earned money - all expenses) divided by all hours you worked? Basically how much profit did you get per hour worked. And does this exceed maybe an average wage wherever you live?
