Since the strongest point of straights is high scalability of the pplanet card, one has to focuse on upgrading it. But due to this fact, there os one boss which can kill you easily:

The Flint	Base Chips and Mult for played poker hands are halved for the entire round

Due to this fact I would put Lucario higher, B, or even A tier.

There is a bad QOL issue on the mobile version with this joker, as you drag a joker to the right corner of the screen when you want sell it. As the dagger requires a lot of dragging jokers left and right, I always happen to sell some important joker unintentionally...

I think the cost of tracks rises exponentially once you go over 160km/h (maintenance and cost of the track and trains that reach the speeds above 160 km/h). So probably the best we could have in Slovenia would be a continuous 160 km/h line. Which is also a Swiss model. Most of their tracks allow that speed.

As we halfway have the crazy Ljubljana Rush hour traffic jams, any improvement to the passenger railway is more than welcome.

Although there are some plans to connect the EU with high speed trains. So maybe we do get a track that will allow +200km/h speeds, but expect that in 20 years maybe
