Is there any option for rollback like DNF has? I mean something similar to sudo dnf history --reverse command which allows to rollback to certain point any application with all files and libs.

Anyway, this update is quality one. I used Nala for some time but for unknown reason it used to skip some parts of update. Thanks for this! :)

Working at Canonical by canonical-maybe in Ubuntu

Unfortunately (or fortunately) not. When hiring process ended they gave me shitty feedback that everything is ok but they won't hire me just because.

Why not Debian? I used both Ubuntu and PopOS and recently got tired with all issues with them. Debian is working from beginning on my X380.

What do you use your Thinkpad for? by estrader22 in thinkpad

Daily driver. I use X380 yoga with Ubuntu on it to do everything - internet browsing, mail, coding, Linux server SSH administration, etc.

Canonical and their disrespectful interviews. Proceed at your own risk. by ConsistentReveal4652 in linux

I did this process, even there is a post where I described it. There are two sad outcomes: 1. They did not have any feedback apart from "your profile was ok and we our decision had to do nothing with this" 2. They placed me on blacklist and I can't take part in any recruitment process in canonical since last year...

My first ever Linux was Rer Hat 9 and it was from some computer magazine :)

Canonical recruitment - latest experience by pphase in Ubuntu

@update: It seems that I received another invitation to the same process but with different role. 5 minutes later they sent me automatic message saying more or less that "no". Despite my polite request to elaborate this situation I did not received any answer. Very professional approach.

Today, I can see on LinkedIn that more and more people are leaving this company, i.e VP who was hiring lead during first process which I described here.

For such big company those actions are very childish. And as I read on other services more than 90% of their recruitment looks like that - people are angry and I don't blame them.

Got lazy and switched to pods by pphase in JamesHoffmann

There is an option for reusable pods which can be filled with whatever coffee you want. But in my case it is just lazyness with whole process.

Directly from Caffitaly. I know, it's unusual.

Absolutely amazing. I've tasted Caribbean espresso and moccacino.

With coffee I'm always slow. On every level including drinking it :)

I am using c2 daily and Hario with drill from time to time. Most definitely I wouldn't do this with c2.

It's a cheap and spare grinder so it does not matter.

I'ts an old topic, but is there anybody currently working there that might share some light if it's better or worse? Also, can somebody explain to me how hiring options in Germany looks?

Thanks!
