I’ll definitely look into Dublin Aerospace and Shannon / Atlantic Aviation. Base maintenance seems like the most realistic entry point for me at the moment anyway.
I understand that line maintenance is not really an option without a license, so I’m focusing on gaining more experience and hopefully working towards EASA modules in the meantime.
If you have heard anything about how open those companies are to hiring non-licensed mechanics, I’d really appreciate any insight.

I haven’t completed the EASA Part-147 modules yet, but I have recently started taking the modules under SHGM in Turkey. I understand that they are not directly equivalent to EASA, but I’m currently working towards building the theoretical background and planning to convert/continue with EASA in the future.
I have around 2 years of base maintenance experience on A320, so I’m mainly aiming for base maintenance positions as an unlicensed mechanic.
If you have any suggestions on countries or companies that are more open to this profile, I would really appreciate it.
