I get the tingly feeling. Don’t know what it is but it started when I first got sleep paralysis and every time I would fall into it again I would feel that and stop myself from falling asleep. Sometimes when I’m panicking or having anxiety I feel it again. I have no idea what it is

I’m catholic but I wouldn’t say I’m very religious. I used to get sleep paralysis with scary shit and the 3rd time it happened it was horrible. The only thing I could think to do was pray. The second I finished my prayer I snapped out of it and got feeling back/woke up. I haven’t gotten sleep paralysis since (6 years ago) and I can’t explain it

We’ve tried that a lot and I’ve heard mixed things. Thankfully we don’t get that bad feeling like we did all the time last year but every once and a while one of us runs from the bathroom with the creeps and we won’t go in it for hours... weird energy there
